Full auto card punching machine is used to punch big laminated PVC/PETG/ABS or paper sheet into single card in conformity to ISO7816 standard or irregular card. Using precision tools for punching ensure the punching quality. Servo motor drives punching tool moving up and down, easy to adjust and run steadily.
Controlled by PLC and use turbo gear motor coordinate with high precision unite feeding automatically; High sensitivity color sensor match with two stepping correction device realize vertical positioning and rectification; Using high precision unite realize horizontal positioning and feeding automatically, with high-speed and high precision.
Main function:
1. Using turbine gear motor feeding automatically.
2. Using servo motor drives precision unites to convey sheets automatically.
3. Using photoelectric sensor to positioning of sheets.
4. Using stepping mechanism to rectify the sheets automatically after positioning.
5. Using servo motor drives punching tool moving up and down steadily.
6. The punching tool can be custom-made to 3 to 4 heads according to different sheet layout.
7. Tool need to be regrind each two million times punching.
8. High sensitivity positioning sensor cooperating with imported high precision ball screw module feeding the sheet. The location parameter of each punching point can be adjusted with high precision.
9. Advanced sheet separate transporting structure makes sure the reliability and stable of sheet separate transporting.
10.Two groups of servo drive ball screw module feeding sheet alternately with fast speed and high efficiency.
11.Full auto waste sheet collecting structure.
12.High-speed card collecting structure, collecting cards automatically after punching.
13.Double card collecting magazines collect cards circularly.
14.Automatic running controlled by PLC program with detection and monitoring at the same time while unloading cards, if it’s abnormal, machine will stop and alarm.
15.With advanced sensor monitoring, allow to work when the machine’s doors are all closed to ensure operation safety.
